We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand things happen in life. Please call or email us in case of an emergency, and we will work with you. Appointments that are canceled no call/ no show will be charged 50% of total services. The card on file will be automatically charged. The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
