24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE:
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand things happen in life. Please call or email us in case of an emergency. Appointments that are canceled no call/ no show will be charged 50% of total services. The card on file will be automatically charged. The cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
GRACE PERIOD:
A 10 minute grace period will be given for appointments. If you do not show up within the 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled or reduced service. A Late/ Rush Fee may apply depending on late time.
APPOINTMENTS FOR GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE:
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total amount. It will go towards the services if the entire group shows up and is on time.
